Oftentimes, entrepreneurs are surrounded by (well-meaning) cheerleaders. Friends, family and colleagues that applaud you no matter what. And that's necessary. The energy they give you helps you to push through each and every day.
Unfortunately that is not always enough. Sometimes we need some brutally honest feedback to be able to keep growing. To uncover our blindspots, which we all have. To slow down for a moment, so we can accelerate afterwards. We want to give you the opportunity to experience brutally honest questions and feedback
What are you registering for? An online "sounding board" session with other ambitious Belcham entrepreneurs, moderated by the experts from Rubicon.
For who? We invite founders and decision makers in high-growth companies. We will zoom in specifically on growth and (US) expansion challenges.
What can you expect? An interactive, professionally moderated session with 4-5 other entrepreneurs. In a safe environment, we'll discuss our current situation as an entrepreneur, and we give each other advice and brutally honest feedback based on our own experience.
The goal? As a results we hope to help you rediscover a focus that will really drive you forward. At the same time, you get the chance to aid your colleague-entrepreneurs with your own experience. You'll walk away with actionable insights about your current situation.
What is Rubicon's role? They moderate the conversation and adjust/jump in when necessary. In this way, they guarantee the quality and added value for every participant. They also share insights that they've gathered from working with 500+ entrepreneurs that preceded you.
