Dear BelCham Members, 

Mark your calendars! Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on Monday, June 17th, 2024 from 10:00am to 10:45am ET (4:00pm - 4:45pm CET). We can't wait to see you all and reconnect with you after an eventful year of transformations. 

At the AGM, you'll have the opportunity to: (i) receive updates on our activities and financial performance; (ii) participate in voting procedures; (iii) re-elect board members; and (iv) learn about our plans for the upcoming year. 

The AGM will take place virtually, allowing you to join from any location. Kindly confirm your attendance by clicking the button below and further details will follow.

 

If you are unable to attend, you still have the option to vote by proxy(link). Remember, you can revoke the proxy at any time, and it won't impact your right to vote if you decide to join the meeting.
